Wieviel Yoghurt ergibt ein Beutel?
Ein Sachet Yoghurtferment ermöglicht die Zubereitung von jeweils einem Liter Yoghurt. Aber das fertige Yoghurt kann bis zu 4x überimpft werden, so dass ein Fermentbeutelchen schliesslich bis zu 5 Liter reicht und 3 Packungen à 3 Beutelchen somit für bis zu 45 Liter guten Yoghurts sorgen.

- Geeignet für Kuhmilch (pasteurisiert, H-Milch, abgekochte Direktmilch, lactosefreie Milch) und Soja-Drinks.
